Our journey began with Jona Travel – Lufthansa City Center, founded in 1999. As one of Albania’s leading inbound tourism agencies, the company became especially well known among European travelers, offering curated packages, cultural tours, and hotel stays. In 2016, Jona Travel joined the Lufthansa City Center franchise, expanding its global network and elevating its standards of service and professionalism.

In addition to travel, Jona also built strong expertise in hotel management, offering full operational support for boutique hotels and coastal resorts — from staffing to guest services and sales optimization.

Now rebranded as IONA Experience Excellence, our company has grown beyond travel to meet the rising demand from visitors looking to own a piece of Albania. With that, IONA Real Estate was born — helping international clients and Albanians living abroad buy, rent, or manage property with confidence.
